Operational scope covered corporate finance, IT, retail operations and distribution center processes, with program governance organized around coordination and development of projects across the different environments. Governance activities centered on cross-environment release coordination, development workflows and data consistency controls to manage interfaces between retail point of sale, warehouse management and corporate financial modules. | |
