In 2016, Achieve Australia deployed Allocate Optima from Allocate Software to support Medical Workforce Planing across its Australia service network. The deployment targeted operational workforce control for a not for profit organization with approximately 1200 employees, aligning scheduling and staffing across community and disability support services.
Allocate Optima was configured to provide core Medical Workforce Planing capabilities including multi site rostering, skills and qualification matching, demand forecasting, shift and leave management, and credential compliance tracking. The implementation emphasized centralized schedule modeling and automated roster generation consistent with typical workforce planning workflows in healthcare adjacent services.
Operational governance established role based access, approval workflows for rosters and incident reporting processes, and administrative controls for roster exceptions and compliance audits. Rollout followed a staged configuration approach by service line, aligning workforce planning and rostering functions with clinical and care operations across Australian sites.
