ELMO Learning Management was configured to host talent profiles, online learning curricula, a standardised learning calendar and performance management workflows, converting a previously paper based performance development program into an online, organisation wide system. The configuration included modules for learning administration, recognition programming and performance tracking, with automation of compliance monitoring and reporting built into the learning workflows. The project moved training and compliance records from spreadsheet based storage into ELMO, the team developing, testing and implementing the compliance monitoring and reporting features inside ELMO Learning Management. Operational coverage spanned frontline staff through executive management, with specific emphasis on ensuring NDIS compliance for frontline roles and training managers and employees on the new platform. Governance changes accompanied the technical deployment, with HR operational guidelines and procedures established to underpin system use, and an HRIS system specialist role championing coaching, process improvement and documentation. Monthly reporting routines were implemented to feed Executive and Board oversight, and manager coaching was used to embed consistent end to end workflows for learning, recognition and performance. Outcomes explicitly reported from the initiative included embedding a systematic online performance development program, introducing a rewards and recognition framework with tenure recognition and a yearly Excellence Award, and raising employee compliance to 98 percent across organisational roles through the transfer of records and the implemented compliance monitoring. The implementation details signal a focused ELMO Learning Management deployment supporting Learning and Development and broader HR service delivery.
