Elecster deployed IFS Cloud Supply Chain Management across production, supply chain management, finance and human resources, adopting the IFS Cloud ERP system and the IFS Aurena user interface. The Aurena interface provides a scalable web interface usable on handheld and mobile devices, enabling plant floor and warehouse access to core ERP functions. The implementation emphasized IFS Cloud configuration capabilities and removed customer specific system customizations to support a configuration driven approach. Aveso implemented system integrations between IFS Cloud and Elecster's PDM system, e-commerce platform and warehouse automation system, aligning product data, order flows and automated warehouse controls with the ERP. The architecture centers on IFS Cloud as the transactional core with Aurena as the device agnostic UI layer, supporting operational workflows across production and warehousing. Governance and release practices were adjusted to an Evergreen version management model enabled by IFS Cloud configuration, removing bespoke customizations to allow quicker upgrades and consistent versioning. Elecster leadership reported that the IFS Cloud ERP system and Aurena interface support the companys digitalization strategy and make production and warehouse processes more efficient.
