The program upgraded the ERP footprint from IFS8 to IFS10 through a new implementation approach, aligning the application strategy with manufacturing and corporate operations. The technical scope encompassed core functional modules, including Production Planning, Costing, and a comprehensive Supply Chain stack covering Sales, Inventory and Procurement, plus Maintenance, Quality, Finance, Human Resources and Project Management. Implementation work included specific customizations and configuration of planning, costing and inventory workflows consistent with Supply Chain Management best practices. Integrations were implemented with external engineering and third party systems, explicitly WindChill and Stain, to preserve product data flows and procurement interfaces. Timestamp acted as the SI partner for delivery, leading integration, testing and cutover activities and drawing on experience across the Iberian region. Governance and rollout used a reimplementation model rather than incremental patching, with controlled customization and integration gates to manage scope across manufacturing and back-office functions. The updated IFS 10 implementation strengthens internal operations and supports OLI in maintaining customer service and sustainability objectives as stated by the company and its partner. | |
