Operational workflows integrated routine communications with prescribers, hospital discharge reconciliation, and insurance agency representatives to address non formulary issues and prior authorizations, and to resolve complex third party billing exceptions. The system supported coordinated workflows for contacting providers to clarify strengths and dosages, identifying duplications of therapy, and managing payer interactions to expedite authorizations without naming external vendors. Governance and process changes emphasized monthly Medication Synchronization outreach, pharmacist led MTM consultations fed by compiled PioneerRx records, and structured procedures for resolving problematic prescriptions and customer service escalations by phone or in person. Inventory, labeling, and accuracy controls were maintained through PioneerRx driven procedures to preserve service quality and operational efficiency while supporting day to day pharmacy and clinical functions. | |
