The effort centered on preparing stakeholder groups for a new Oracle Tool, with a training developer assigned as lead instructor for instructor led and virtual instructor led delivery and as owner of Train the Trainer classes and curriculum development. Course design and content management activities included creating e learning using Adobe Captivate, developing participant and instructor manuals, and authoring how to articles for the corporate Knowledge Base. Adobe Learning Manager was used to publish and administer the e learning assets and to support instructor led and virtual instructor led course workflows, while curriculum and storyboards were developed in close collaboration with subject matter experts. Training requirements and development backlog were managed in JIRA, and the program captured change impacts to align training to stakeholder needs for Oracle Tool access. Operational coverage emphasized learning and change management functions, with the training developer coordinating SME inputs, requirement tracking, and documentation to support rollout and ongoing instructor enablement. Governance relied on Train the Trainer sessions and SME aligned curriculum review to establish consistency in delivery and to hand off instructional materials to internal instructors. Adobe Learning Manager served as the primary Learning Management platform, and content and process artifacts were maintained to support instructor enablement and stakeholder readiness.
