Operational tasks documented by the analyst included scheduled tasks, system upgrades, testing, housekeeping and archiving, indicating ongoing application administration and management information stewardship for Core HR data. Governance centered on coordinating HR Operations reporting processes to deliver accurate management information to executive and people managers, maintaining user access and security, and enforcing data configuration standards across the HR systems. Zellis HCM Cloud served as the central Core HR record for these governance and reporting workflows. | |
