Governance centered on documented requirements gathering with Global Planning leads, repeatable testing processes and the creation of a centralized documentation depository that included test plans and scripts. The role represented Global Planning in annual operating plan activities and in cross functional projects that interact with planning tools and processes, while managing global testing, validation, and the ongoing prioritization of planning issues. | |
