The implementation configured RELEX forecasting and replenishment modules to feed task orchestration and retail execution via RELEX Mobile Pro, enabling store teams to act on replenishment recommendations and inventory alerts on mobile devices. RELEX Mobile Pro was used as the retail execution and inventory management interface in the rollout, supporting day to day inventory tasks and helping translate replenishment plans into store level activity to support sales and availability objectives. Deployment was supported by RELEX partner Demandtex, which led configuration, testing and phased rollout activities across Fortnum & Mason stores in the United Kingdom. The architecture centered on RELEX forecasting and replenishment as the planning backbone with RELEX Mobile Pro as the execution tier deployed to store mobile clients, and operational coverage focused on store operations and retail supply chain functions. Governance and rollout emphasized partner led implementation and operational adoption across store operations teams, with training and process alignment to embed mobile driven inventory workflows. Stated outcomes included improved inventory availability, reduced waste and enhanced operational efficiency in stores, and the use of RELEX Mobile Pro was positioned to improve in store efficiency and sales through tighter execution of replenishment plans.
