Governance adjustments were introduced to centralize segmentation and campaign governance within the commercial organization, as outlined in Radixx's May 2021 announcement. The initiative was explicitly aimed at improving retail effectiveness, customer segmentation and campaign management to increase revenue and operational efficiency according to the May 2021 announcement.
