Operational coverage concentrated on the self-control technology initiative and the teams responsible for documentation, case management, and quality assurance, aligning Analytics and BI outputs to those business functions. Governance and rollout included formal test and acceptance processes managed by implementation partner Cognizant, with QA consulting support from SilverStorm which became Thirdera and delivered documentation analysis, test plan design, acceptance criteria design, and manual test execution between October 2022 and February 2023. Project governance emphasized documented acceptance criteria and manual validation cycles before dashboard signoff, embedding the new ServiceNow Performance Analytics capability into AUTOCONTROL operational workflows. | |
