Parksite Distribution 650 $200M United States Pronto Software Pronto Xi Supply Chain Supply Chain Management 2018 Pronto Solutions Alliance In 2018, Parksite implemented Pronto Xi Supply Chain to consolidate its Supply Chain Management capabilities across a distributed US building products network. The implementation followed a period in which Parksite operated three separate computer systems, creating duplicated functions and protracted month end close cycles that at times took up to 30 days, and Pronto Solutions Alliance led a tailored program to unify operations and reporting. The Pronto Xi Supply Chain deployment was configured across nine integrated modules with 170 active users, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Advanced Warehousing and Electronic Data Interchange. The rollout delivered a paperless warehouse system and a Warehouse Management System for greater stock visibility, and the solution included Alert Intelligence and customizable reporting to support more efficient financial management and operational analytics. Integration work focused on end to end data flows so transactional activity across inventory, sales, purchasing and manufacturing was synchronized, and EDI capabilities were embedded to support trading partner connectivity. Operational coverage extended to Parksite's multiwarehouse footprint and distribution centers, with the platform providing real time business data and insights across the business. Pronto Solutions Alliance worked closely with Parksite on governance and rollout planning to minimize disruption, completing the go live on time and on budget with no major issues. Explicit outcomes reported following the Pronto Xi Supply Chain implementation include a 28 percent reduction in shipping costs, an 84 percent improvement in picking accuracy, a 32 percent overall productivity increase, and the ability to close the books promptly each month.
Parksite Distribution 650 $200M United States Pronto Software Pronto XI Distribution Supply Chain Management 2018 Pronto Solutions Alliance In 2018 Parksite implemented Pronto XI Distribution, a Supply Chain Management application, to consolidate fragmented operational systems and centralize transactional data. Prior to the project Parksite operated three separate computer systems, one outdated and another highly customized, which produced duplication of functions and extended financial close cycles up to 30 days at period end. Pronto Solutions Alliance developed a tailored Pronto XI Distribution blueprint that delivered nine integrated modules and a paperless warehouse workflow. The implementation includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Advanced Warehousing and Electronic Data Interchange, with approximately 170 active users configured across those modules to support order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and warehouse execution processes. Architecturally the deployment unified financial, warehousing and EDI capabilities to provide real-time business data and Alert Intelligence notifications for proactive transaction visibility. The solution includes a Warehouse Management System and Advanced Warehousing configuration that enabled highly accurate inventory management and paperless operations, and it surfaced detailed, customizable financial reporting through the Pronto XI Distribution platform. Pronto Solutions Alliance conducted discovery and adapted key Pronto XI configurations to reduce operational disruption during rollout, executing a go-live that was reported on time, on budget and without material issues. The implementation covered Parksite locations across the United States, consolidating workflows across multiple distribution warehouses and integrating EDI flows to streamline supplier and customer transactions. Outcomes reported by Parksite include improved picking accuracy by 84 percent, a 28 percent reduction in shipping costs, the ability to close the books promptly each month, and an overall 32 percent increase in productivity. The work established centralized governance for inventory and financial processes, with integrated reporting and Alert Intelligence used to monitor transactions and drive ongoing process improvements.
