Pakistan Oilfields Limited Oil, Gas and Chemicals 749 $159M Pakistan Oracle Oracle Cloud Purchase Orders Order Management 2016 n/a In 2016 Pakistan Oilfields Limited implemented Oracle Cloud Purchase Orders as its Order Management solution, deploying the Oracle Cloud Purchase Orders application to formalize procurement and purchase order processing across maintenance and materials workflows. The deployment was conducted under Oracle as the vendor and aligned purchase order lifecycle control with existing asset and maintenance planning practices. Configuration work included data and flow integration planning for procurement and asset management, preparation of data gathering templates for APIs and Open Interfaces, and bulk uploads of Asset Groups, Asset Numbers, Bills of Materials, Routings and Preventive Maintenance schedules. Functional configuration emphasized automated PO creation and procurement data feeds to support maintenance work orders and spare parts BOMs within an Order Management framework. Integrations were executed to exchange transactional and master data with an implemented Oracle EAM E-Business Suite R12.1.3 environment, explicitly linking modules BOM, INV, PO, WIP, QA and CSI as required for EAM workflows. These integrations used API and open interface patterns to synchronize inventory, work order requisitions, quality checks and procurement records between Oracle Cloud Purchase Orders and the EAM environment. Governance and user experience work included OAF component customizations to meet business and user requirements and the creation of Maintenance Management dashboards using OBIEE11g. Process changes concentrated on aligning procurement approval and data flows with maintenance planning, and on providing operational dashboards for maintenance and materials teams to monitor PO-related activity.
