Safety National Insurance 500 $100M United States Guidewire Guidewire InfoCenter Data Warehouse 2017 Ernst & Young In 2017, Safety National selected Guidewire InfoCenter alongside Guidewire BillingCenter and Guidewire DataHub, initiating a Data Warehouse implementation to improve analytics across claims, finance and underwriting in the United States. Ernst & Young LLP was named to lead the implementation, and the selection was announced in 2017 as part of a broader core transformation program. Guidewire InfoCenter was provisioned as the enterprise Data Warehouse for the program, configured to support enterprise data modeling, centralized reporting, and analytical data marts feeding claims, underwriting and finance workflows. Implementation work focused on InfoCenter data ingestion, schema alignment for insurance operational reporting, and BI-ready extracts to support cross-functional analytics. The deployment integrated Guidewire InfoCenter with Guidewire BillingCenter and Guidewire DataHub, with DataHub providing the persistent event and batch feeds used to populate InfoCenter and BillingCenter supplying financial and billing transaction records. Operational scope covered claims, finance and underwriting teams across Safety National's United States operations, consolidating analytics sources into a single Data Warehouse layer. Program governance was led by Ernst & Young LLP in coordination with Safety National IT and business stakeholders, and the solution was estimated to have gone live around 2018 as a phase of the broader core transformation. Rollout and stabilization were aligned with cross-departmental process updates and reporting standardization to support ongoing analytics use.
