Operational coverage remained within Rastal’s German sites and the HR and payroll departments, providing a single analytics plane for personnel and payroll stakeholders. Governance changes emphasized centralized reporting ownership in HR and tighter payroll validation processes, which Rastal reports made payroll always up to date, fast and reliable and reduced the need for additional manual checks. The deployment prioritized operational reliability and report automation rather than changes to external systems or global rollouts. | |
