Governance changes included the introduction of standardized access-request processes, centralized identity governance controls, and role based provisioning workflows to enforce compliance and operational consistency. Outcomes reported for the IBM Security Verify deployment included a 99% faster access-request response and improved security and compliance, along with reduced manual onboarding delays. | |
