Integration into the overall shipboard management environment consolidated inputs for trend analysis and KPI tracking, focused on vessel daily safety procedures and operational reliability. Governance was formalized through quarterly review meetings between Crowley and ABS to streamline processes and evaluate safety measures, and ABS served as an ongoing advisor during rollout and process adaptation. The system is used to track and trend key performance indicators and to maintain a single source of truth for HSQE and vetting workflows, improving the companys ability to manage corrective actions and compliance across its marine assets. | |
