Governance and rollout emphasized scope definition, deliverables, stakeholder signoff and senior testing oversight when changes entered test environments. Barclays implemented more than 80 crucial collection strategies within the Experian Tallyman Debt Collection and Recovery environment, with zero defects reported in the prior seven months and several strategies introduced to address high-profile FCA regulatory changes. | |
