In 2023, Navarre implemented Vexiza Wil.dfi.re as a regional wildfire response platform. The implementation targeted the Chartered Community of Navarre's emergency operations, delivering a Critical Event Management capability to support field technicians and brigade chiefs.
Vexiza Wil.dfi.re was configured to provide planning and dispatching of air and ground resources, shift and replacement management, and a 24 hour fire progression simulation used for operational forecasting. These functional components map to the emergency and operations product functionality of Vexiza Wil.dfi.re and were used to coordinate incident planning, resource allocation and tactical decision workflows within the Critical Event Management context.
The deployment integrated real time team tracking and meteorological data feeds to inform the fire progression model and resource dispatch decisions. The implementation centralized situational awareness for brigade chiefs, enabling synchronized air and ground tasking and continuous monitoring of team positions during active incidents.
Operational governance centered on standardizing dispatch and shift replacement processes for technicians and brigade chiefs, shifting day to day response into event driven workflows and consolidated operational dashboards. Rollout focused on emergency operations units across the Chartered Community of Navarre, aligning operational roles and workflows with the platform's emergency and operations capabilities.
