Functional capabilities implemented included segmented campaign orchestration, event driven messaging, code generation and redemption management, and compliance controls to meet fast changing regulatory and ethical requirements in gambling retail and remote channels. Operational coverage extended across retail stores, call centre operations and sports events betting environments, with coordinated campaign execution and code distribution in-store and via remote channels. The CRM practice included use and coordination with third party marketing technology providers and CRM platforms, cited systems included IBM Silverpop Engage, mGage, Textlocal and Redeye Contour, and campaign production workflows involved traditional print media suppliers for multi-channel delivery. Governance and process changes included establishment of a dedicated CRM team, cross functional liaison with compliance, business intelligence, IT, customer services and trading, and central management of CRM budget and campaign approval processes.
