Fullerton Health Australia | Healthcare | 400 | $70M | Australia | ReconArt | ReconArt Financial Close Management | Financial Consolidation and Close | 2017 | n/a | In 2017, Fullerton Health Medical Centres implemented ReconArt Financial Close Management for Financial Consolidation and Close. Fullerton Health Australia operates a network of over 60 clinics across metropolitan and regional Australia and maintains NetSuite as its core ERP, with the ReconArt deployment focused on accounts receivable reconciliation across the group of legal entities. The implementation centered on rule driven end to end automation, leveraging ReconArt Financial Close Management for scheduled file imports, data transformation and enrichment, configurable matching logic, and automated journals creation. The configuration supports one to one, grouping and one to many comparison relationships, and handles payment installment allocation, timing delays, fees, overpayments and underpayments through preconfigured matching criteria. ReconArt was integrated with NetSuite to automate application of customer payments to open receivables and to drive journal approvals into the general ledger. A cross check of location identification was applied to ensure payments were allocated to the issuing legal entity, enabling reconciliations to align with the multi entity clinic network and the billing flows to insurers, corporate clients and individual patients. Governance was enforced through an approval workflow for journal entries both inside ReconArt and within NetSuite, creating checkpoints designed to reduce double entries and technical posting errors. The reconciliation team transitioned from manual matching to exception management, using automated classification, aggregation and filtering of exceptions by type and aging to prioritize investigations and control revenue recognition processes. Fullerton Health Medical Centres achieved a high level of AR reconciliation automation with measurable productivity gains and time savings for the financial operations team. The solution is described as scalable, flexible and easy to learn and maintain, improving reporting accuracy and visibility of critical business data while enabling continuous process enhancements within the Financial Consolidation and Close domain. | |
