Operational scope covered conversion of retail stores into order fulfillment centers, integration with the e-commerce order flow, and cross-functional coverage of supply chain, retail operations, finance, and customer service. The solution enabled end-to-end visibility for store inventory and supported order orchestration across physical and digital channels to reduce fulfillment lead times. Governance and process changes focused on eliminating data silos and streamlining order-to-cash workflows, with Confiz leading configuration and rollout on Azure. Security protocols were strengthened, automation of order and invoice processes was accelerated, and reporting governance was established through Dynamics and Power BI to enable store-wise financial accountability. Explicit outcomes reported from the deployment include synchronized inventory enabling 100% order fulfillment between stores and e-commerce, reduced lead times, increased customer satisfaction and repeat purchases, improved customer service and security, and a shift toward stores operating as fulfillment centers that supported market share growth.
Citroen Chile Automotive 120 $12M Chile Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial 2020 Congroup In 2020, Citroën Chile implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its core ERP Financial platform, integrating industry-specific functionality through Annata 365 with Congroup as the implementation partner. The deployment targeted finance, sales, after-sales, dealer operations and support service workflows to provide a unified transactional and master data backbone across the subsidiary. Annata 365 was embedded into Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to deliver two automotive-focused modules, Supply Chain for vehicle and support service management and Dealer Portal for vehicle and spare parts purchasing and reservations. Deployment governance combined Microsoft's Sure Step methodology with DevOps practices and a phase of cross-functional workshops and training sessions organized by management area to align requirements and user adoption. Operational rollout encompassed dealer and after-sales channel connectivity, logistics dispatching from dealer orders, and IT stewardship for cloud-hosted document and data storage.
