MB Haynes Corporation Construction and Real Estate 600 $120M United States Viewpoint Construction Viewpoint Spectrum Construction ERP 2013 Consultants in Data Processing (CDP) In 2013, MB Haynes Corporation implemented Viewpoint Spectrum, a Construction ERP, replacing Sage 300CRE ex Timberline and engaging Consultants in Data Processing, CDP, for the engagement. The project targeted centralized control over project financials and operational workflows for the company’s construction and real estate operations. The deployment consolidated core Construction ERP capabilities, including project accounting, job cost tracking, project management workflows, document control, and payroll and subcontractor payment processing. Viewpoint Spectrum was configured to support contractor-specific job costing and revenue recognition workflows, and to provide consolidated project-level financial reporting and operational visibility. Architecturally, the implementation established a centralized project and financial database to enable consistent field-to-office information flow, single source of truth for project status, and coordinated change order and billing processes. Operational coverage included finance, project management, estimating, and field operations across MB Haynes, aligning transactional systems with project delivery workflows. Consultants in Data Processing, CDP, led the phased deployment and governance planning, instituting centralized controls for job cost and change order workflows and defining user roles across finance and project teams. As stated by MB Haynes, the Viewpoint Spectrum deployment increased visibility into and control over projects, supporting tighter operational coordination and project oversight.
Euromadi Consumer Packaged Goods 2600 $300M Spain SAP SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial 2017 Consultia IT In 2017 Euromadi implemented SAP S/4 HANA as the core ERP Financial platform, moving from a SAP ERP ECC 6.0 environment. The conversion project ran from February 2017 to October 2017 and was delivered with Consultia IT as the system integrator, targeting the company headquarters and operating units in Spain for a unified financial ledger and master data baseline. The technical implementation converted an SAP ERP 6 EhP7 system running on DB2 on IBM iSeries with OS400 to SAP S/4 1610 with HANA 2.0 deployed on IBM Power8 servers running SUSE Linux 11.4 BE. The deployment architecture shifted both database and operating system layers, introducing SAP S/4 HANA native in-memory processing and a Power8 based infrastructure to support the ERP Financial workload. Work centered on ERP Financial capabilities, with implementation workstreams aligned to standard financial management areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and financial close orchestration. Configuration and master data migration were emphasized to preserve transactional continuity during the technical conversion, reflecting typical ERP Financial functional workflows and reconciliation controls. Governance and rollout followed a conversion program model executed by Consultia IT, including technical cutover planning, data migration sequencing and post-conversion stabilization. The project scope prioritized system availability and data integrity across finance functions, with phased validation and go live activities scheduled within the February to October 2017 window.
