Integrations and operational coverage focused on SWIFT based bank statement automation and MT940 submission management, reconciliation checks to accounting systems, and processes for quarterly facility audit confirmations to banks. The rollout engaged local entities globally to onboard accounts into Coupa Treasury, to train local teams to enter deposits and loans and to maintain static data, while enabling treasury to monitor subsidiary compliance with Group Policy on non relationship banks surplus cash and foreign exchange trading. Governance and operational processes were formalized with bi annual audits of bank accounts against accounting records, quarterly audits of facilities against bank confirmations, proactive monitoring of maturing loans and deposits to ensure timely rollovers, and a monthly netting cadence. The implementation also established responsibilities for maintenance and continuing development of the TM5 Treasury Management System, escalation workflows for MT940 anomalies and late settlements, and training programs to sustain local operational capability and adherence to group treasury KPIs.
