Kingfisher Singapore Communications 150 $15M Singapore Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial 2019 In Two In 2019 Kingfisher Singapore implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its core ERP Financial platform. The Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations implementation formed part of a broader Azure consolidation that began in 2018, with most data and services consolidated into Microsoft Azure facilities and an Azure Data Warehouse to centralize transactional and reporting data. In Two served as the strategic implementation partner and provided end to end IT services for the deployment, including infrastructure, cloud services, application support and security. In Two integrated partner solutions, customizations and developments into Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management as part of the Finance and Operations rollout, aligning application configuration with Kingfisher’s device lifecycle business processes. The implementation emphasized financial management and supply chain workflows within the ERP Financial category, and it was deployed in a cloud-centric architecture leveraging Azure hosting and an Azure Data Warehouse for consolidated reporting. In Two also hosted and managed a range of internally developed platforms and services alongside Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, enabling a single vendor touchpoint for application and infrastructure operations. Governance and operational change included vendor consolidation and the creation of a single point of contact for IT, which Kingfisher reported reduced IT overhead and produced an IT strategy that is easier to scale. With Microsoft as the technology vendor and In Two managing most of the operational support, Kingfisher shifted internal focus toward optimizing the lifecycle of connected devices and supporting its sustainability and ESG objectives through improved visibility of enterprise systems.
Kingfisher MX Communications 50 $5M Japan Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial 2023 In Two In 2023 Kingfisher MX implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations within an Azure-hosted ERP Financial estate, engaging In Two as its strategic SI/VAR. The rollout built on a prior consolidation of cloud infrastructure into Microsoft Azure and an Azure Data Warehouse that Kingfisher consolidated across multiple locations to centralize data and services. The implementation encompassed Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations functional capabilities, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management workflows, plus targeted customizations and developments to support device lifecycle operations. In Two provided end-to-end IT services including hosting, application support, and ongoing development, creating a single point of contact and reducing vendor sprawl while enabling rapid configuration and iterative refinement of financial and supply chain modules. Kingfisher integrated partner solutions and internally developed platforms into its Dynamics 365 estate, and in early 2023 deployed Microsoft Sustainability Manager to capture cross-system environmental data. Microsoft Sustainability Manager was instrumented to collect, record, and calculate emissions and usage metrics across the companys technology stack, and dashboards were refined with In Two to surface monthly emissions, emissions per unit of revenue, renewable energy usage, and indirect supply chain emissions for finance, IT operations, and ESG reporting. Governance shifted toward consolidated vendor management and ESG-informed operational controls, with In Two managing hosting and platform operations and Kingfisher driving dashboard-based decisioning for resource allocation. The company reported improved visibility and granular-level reporting of its digital carbon footprint and has been making steady progress in reducing that footprint, while continuing to fine-tune dashboards to connect operational data to individual and team-level actions.
