The project organized data staging, cleansing, mapping, and validation activities to prepare Business Partner and MM datasets for cutover into SAP S/4 HANA. Governance was structured around a master data migration program led by Inetum resources, including a SAP Functional Consultant assigned from July 2022 to April 2023 responsible for Master Data Migration for BP and MM, operating from Porto, Portugal. The rollout instituted data ownership and validation signoff gates to control go live readiness for finance and procurement domains within the SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial environment. | |
