The deployment was positioned to support customer service and field-facing workflows while aligning service orchestration with the companys production, logistics, and financial processes. The implementation configured IFS Cloud FSM alongside core IFS Applications functionality, and the project covered CRM, production planning, warehouse operations, and finance modules. Functional capabilities implemented included CRM-driven customer and order management, production visualizer for load simulation, a new configuration pricing model with automated calculations, and 32 custom modifications tailored to Mikomaxs atypical product variants. Integrations and operational coverage emphasized mobile and warehouse automation, the system was integrated with mobile scanning terminals and WADACO scanning functionality to support warehouse accuracy and inventory flows, and additional tools were integrated within the IFS landscape to improve customer service and showroom support. The solution supports operations including a US site, serves over 140 users, and brought video order control and quality supervision into the systemized order to delivery process. Governance and rollout relied on an interdisciplinary internal implementation team led by an inhouse manager acting as partner, management-level project ambassadors, and a program of trainings to drive adoption. Change management was highlighted as a critical success factor, and InfoConsulting provides ongoing post-implementation service and support following an 11 month project timeline. | |
