The implementation centered on time and attendance and payroll processing capabilities within Asure ADI Time Payroll, with explicit use of timesheet forwarding for payment as a primary operational workflow. Configuration work focused on store manager and store staff timesheet submission, timesheet validation and routing, and payroll batch processing and reporting modules typical to Payroll applications.
Operational coverage included retail store teams and head office finance and HR groups, with store managers responsible for forwarding timesheets into Asure ADI Time Payroll for payment. The system operated alongside existing store practices such as budget books for sales totals and forecasts and email-based communications for stock transfers and counts, preserving those operational touchpoints while centralizing time capture for payroll.
Governance emphasized a role-based approval flow where store management submitted timesheets and head office payroll executed payment runs using Asure ADI Time Payroll. Process changes were focused on formalizing timesheet forwarding and validation steps between stores and payroll, documenting responsibilities for store-level submission and head office payroll processing.
