Infotheek Group B.V. | Professional Services | 589 | $300M | Netherlands | TRINITY | TRINITY TMS | Treasury Management | 2019 | n/a | In 2019, Infotheek Group B.V. implemented TRINITY TMS, the Trinity Treasury Management System, as its Treasury Management solution. The decision was driven by a private equity backed strategy to grow by M&A, a period during which a series of acquisitions doubled group turnover and increased treasury complexity. The TRINITY TMS deployment was configured to deliver an automated daily cash report, a consolidated and reliable view on currency exposure, an up to date view of limits versus utilization, and a professional cash forecasting capability. The Trinity Treasury Management System configuration focused on these core functional modules and on standard treasury workflows for cash positioning, exposure reporting, limits monitoring, and forecasting. The implementation included integration with the group ERP system to supply transactional balances and support forecast reconciliation with accounting data. Deployment was executed in two phases by the certified BENELUX & UK implementation partner WIELTEC, and the scope targeted group treasury operations and newly acquired entities to centralize cash visibility across the Infotheek Group. Group Treasurer Mark Visser secured executive approval and positioned the project to support the company’s growth agenda, reflecting management acknowledgement of the need for modern treasury software. The two phase rollout by WIELTEC was completed within time and budget, delivering TRINITY TMS into Infotheek Group B.V. to standardize cash reporting, exposure visibility, limit surveillance, and forecasting processes. | |
