Mackage Canada Retail 250 $54M Canada Infor Infor Demand Planner Demand Forecasting and Planning 2019 n/a In 2019, Mackage Canada implemented Infor Demand Planner as part of APP Group's selection of Infor CloudSuite Fashion to modernize global retail and wholesale supply chain processes. The deployment focused on Demand Forecasting and Planning and aimed to improve inventory availability across channels while enabling consolidation of multiple ERP instances to support the group's international expansion. Infor Demand Planner was provisioned as a cloud planning layer and configured for statistical forecasting, seasonality and promotion modeling, SKU and channel level demand aggregation, and scenario planning workflows, reflecting standard Demand Forecasting and Planning functionality. Configuration emphasized master data alignment across fashion assortments and time phased forecasts to support merchandising and replenishment planning. Architecturally the solution was centralized in Infor CloudSuite Fashion and integrated with the group's ERP landscape and retail and wholesale order systems to consolidate demand signals and inventory positions. The implementation established a single planning plane to harmonize forecasts from wholesale channels and retail outlets and to feed consolidated demand into downstream supply planning processes. Governance was reorganized to centralize planning ownership across merchandising, supply chain and wholesale teams, introducing standardized forecasting cadence, review workflows and inventory availability checks across channels. The program scope encompassed APP Group's global retail and wholesale operations, with rollout sequencing aligned to support the group's international expansion.
