Governance and process changes focused on standardizing report formats and reducing training overhead, keeping staff aligned through a single reporting interface and enabling teams to diagnose ongoing patterns and produce actionable insight. Hotel Equities and M3 continued an iterative enhancement cadence, with ongoing add ons and mobile improvements cited as part of the application lifecycle for M3 Insight and the broader Analytics and BI deployment.
