Greendot Singapore | Leisure and Hospitality | 120 | $12M | Singapore | Novitee | Novi Central Kitchen | Inventory Management | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, Greendot Singapore is listed by Novitee as a customer of Novi Central Kitchen. Novi Central Kitchen is referenced in the Inventory Management category as the application supporting central kitchen procurement and purchasing workflows for Greendot's multiple dining outlets in Singapore. The listing is sourced from Novitee solution pages and customer testimonials rather than from a dedicated Greendot case study, so module usage is inferred from vendor material. Public Novitee materials infer that Greendot's deployment leverages Novi Central Kitchen Purchasing & Inventory capabilities to manage procurement workflows, conduct stock-takes and enforce recipe control, standardizing ingredient lists and order generation across outlets. This inferred configuration centralizes purchasing and inventory control and aligns kitchen recipe management with ordering and stock reconciliation, impacting procurement, kitchen operations and finance workflows. Novitee documentation presents these module usages alongside reported improvements in order accuracy and reductions in manual accounting work for Greendot, as described on vendor pages.

Greencore | Consumer Packaged Goods | 13300 | $2.6B | Ireland | Kewill | Kewill MOVE | Transportation Management | 2005 | n/a | In 2005 Greencore implemented Kewill MOVE for Transportation Management to orchestrate transport operations across its multi-site chilled convenience food manufacturing estate. The Kewill MOVE deployment was positioned to centralize shipment orchestration and carrier connectivity for logistics and distribution business functions within the company. Configuration work on Kewill MOVE focused on transportation planning, execution workflows and EDI message handling consistent with Transportation Management functional terminology. The implementation included design and test cycles with Kewill to replace existing REIMS EDI interfaces, and configuration accounted for carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and message translation capabilities commonly required by a TMS. Operational integration tied Kewill MOVE into an environment that included Tropos ERP, CODA Financials and Orbis TaskCentre, with underlying database infrastructures of MS SQL Server and Oracle and mixed Windows and UNIX server platforms in both virtual and physical environments. The project also supported a change of 3rd-Party Logistics provider, requiring rework of carrier interfaces and EDI flows between Kewill MOVE and external logistics partners. Governance and support responsibilities were formalized through procedures, checks and a maintained data flow schematic to enable 24/7 IT facilities management support and to transfer support to frontline service desk technicians. Documentation and ongoing maintenance of the schematic underpinned operational handover, while IT performance investigations spanned application, database, operating system and server environment layers as part of routine support and troubleshooting.
