The implementation used Process Mining capabilities to gain rapid insights aimed at increasing throughput while leveraging existing resources. Oberg Industries implemented Infor Process Mining to perform process discovery, variant analysis and conformance checking across transactional workflows. Infor Process Mining was configured to surface process variants, identify bottlenecks and prioritize automation candidates in order-to-cash and production operations. The work aligns process intelligence with ongoing Infor CloudSuite automation. The deployment ingests event level transaction data from Infor CloudSuite, enabling correlation between ERP order lifecycle events and operational activities. Data model configuration emphasized order-to-cash event logs and downstream operational touchpoints to support root cause analysis and process visualization. The architecture sits alongside existing Infor CloudSuite modules rather than replacing core ERP functions. Governance focused on cross functional alignment between operations and finance, with iterative analysis cycles to validate findings and translate them into workflow changes. Change control incorporated process owners for order-to-cash and shop floor operations to prioritize mitigations and automation handoffs. Rollout followed an incremental pattern starting with high volume order flows. The initiative centers on Process Mining to inform targeted improvements, with the stated aim of increasing throughput using existing resources. Oberg Industries used Infor Process Mining as a process intelligence layer to guide operational and order-to-cash improvement efforts.
