Peoria Unified School District Education 4000 $60M United States UKG UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) Workforce Management 2010 Neos Consulting In 2010, Peoria Unified School District implemented UKG Workforce Central as its Workforce Management system, deploying the solution to support district-wide time and attendance for roughly 4,000 employees. The implementation was executed with Neos Consulting as the systems integrator, and the project established UKG Workforce Central as the central platform for workforce timekeeping and scheduling across schools and administrative sites. UKG Workforce Central was configured to provide core timekeeping, employee scheduling, absence management, and manager approval workflows, with district-level KRONOS administration retained as an operational discipline. Configuration work included role-based access for site administrators and centralized timecard processing rules, aligning Workforce Management capabilities with public education staffing models and substitute scheduling patterns. The implementation included system-level integrations and administrative support connections, specifically supporting SYNERGY Student Information Systems for staff rostering context, TimeClockPlus administration and Visions administration for site-level time collection and terminal management, and MUNIS administration for payroll and financial interfaces, along with KRONOS administration tasks. These integrations tied UKG Workforce Central into the district’s HR and payroll operational stack and centralized time data flows for payroll reconciliation. Governance and operational changes established a central administration model for time and attendance, consolidating TimeClockPlus and KRONOS administration under district operations while enabling school-level time-entry and manager approval processes. Rollout emphasized standardized timecard policies, centralized configuration control and administration handoffs to Neos Consulting during initial deployment and stabilization.
