Hevilift Transportation 375 $75M Malaysia Ramco Systems Ramco Workforce Management Workforce Management 2013 n/a In 2013, Hevilift implemented Ramco Workforce Management as part of a web based Series 5 deployment from Ramco Systems. The implementation delivered Ramco Workforce Management together with the vendor's Series 5 M&E and MRO solution, explicitly covering Maintenance & Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul, Reliability, Aviation Finance, and Work Force Administration, with integrated Multi Country Payroll across numerous countries and legal entities of the Group. The deployment focused on configuration of functional modules relevant to aviation maintenance operations and workforce oversight, including Maintenance and Engineering workflows, supply chain and inventory coordination, MRO job management, reliability tracking, aviation finance ledgers, and centralized work force administration. Typical Workforce Management capabilities were instantiated to support crew and technician assignment, time and attendance capture, payroll data consolidation, and role based access for engineering and operations staff. Modules were implemented as an integrated suite so transactional data from M&E and MRO modules fed Aviation Finance and Supply Chain Management processes, while Work Force Administration and the integrated Multi Country Payroll consolidated payroll inputs across legal entities. Operational coverage explicitly included multiple countries and legal entities within the Hevilift group, aligning maintenance, finance, and HR data models for cross functional visibility. Governance was structured to support a centralized system configuration with localized payroll rule sets and statutory controls per legal entity, enabling consistent core processes while preserving country specific payroll compliance. The implementation emphasized process alignment across Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR teams, and instrumented the Ramco Workforce Management application as the authoritative source for personnel and payroll related transactions across the Group.
