The deployment focused on centralizing human resources administration for a regional population of over 250 employees across three sites, aligning the application with the company HR leadership structure and executive priorities. Paychex WORX was configured to support core employee records, compensation administration, health and welfare benefits management, talent acquisition, training and development, and succession planning workflows consistent with Core HR functionality. Configuration emphasized personnel data capture, benefits enrollment processes, and talent lifecycle workflows, supporting the HR and organizational development teams led by the regional HR leader and five direct reports. Operational integration was established between Paychex WORX and SAP HR, enabling exchange of employee master data and coordinated HR administration across systems. The implementation spanned HR, compensation and benefits, safety and health, and employee relations functions, and provided authoritative HR data to support executive management decisions. Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, with the HR leader serving on the seven person Executive Leadership Team and establishing department accountabilities for talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, records management, and succession planning. As part of programmatic initiatives supported by Paychex WORX the team implemented a program to achieve 90% A level talent through succession planning, talent acquisition and employee development, and maintained the human resources financial budget to govern ongoing HR investments.
