Prinova USA Distribution 400 $46M United States ICS, Inc ICS RF SMART Inventory Management 2015 n/a In 2015, Prinova USA deployed ICS RF SMART as the central Inventory Management application to standardize barcode-driven warehouse workflows. The implementation was executed alongside a broader systems program that included selection and rollout of JD Edwards Oracle EnterpriseOne ERP and a new Transportation Management System, creating a coordinated supply chain stack for distribution and manufacturing operations. ICS RF SMART was configured to deliver core Inventory Management capabilities including mobile RF scanning, barcode-driven receiving and putaway, directed picking and packing workflows, cycle counting and inventory adjustments. The deployment emphasized barcode data capture and transaction-level inventory control to support lot traceability and pick accuracy, consistent with warehouse and distribution functional requirements. Integrations were implemented between ICS RF SMART and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and between ICS RF SMART and the TMS, enabling real-time inventory synchronization and visibility across order execution and transportation processes. Operational coverage included the corporate processing facility handling more than 100,000,000 pounds annually and coordination with 12 third party public warehouses across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, extending RF-driven inventory controls into multi-site 3PL operations. Governance was structured through a core implementation team led by the Director of Operations and Supply Chain, accompanied by workflow restructuring and staffing adjustments to support distribution and manufacturing processes. These system and process initiatives were part of a broader set of changes that contributed to measured improvements in operational benchmarks ranging from 25 percent to 50 percent in targeted areas, and a reported 34 percent reduction in expenses, while quality programs maintained top ratings including AIB Superior and BRC outcomes. ICS RF SMART continues to function as the enterprise Inventory Management platform supporting Prinova USA supply chain and warehouse operations.
Eurocatering Greece Consumer Packaged Goods 240 $46M Greece DGSoft DGSoft Soft1 SCM Supply Chain Management 2016 DGSOFT In 2016, Eurocatering Greece implemented DGSoft Soft1 SCM as part of a Soft1 Cloud ERP deployment to strengthen its Supply Chain Management capabilities for perishable goods in Greece. The implementation deployed Soft1's supply chain management and production modules to manage perishable inventory, warehouse operations and production planning across Eurocatering's Greek operations. The DGSoft Soft1 SCM deployment configured lot and expiry controls, warehouse transaction processing and production planning workflows to support batch traceability and timed production runs. Soft1 production module functionality was applied to sequencing and scheduling of food production, while SCM capabilities automated sales-order processing and inventory allocation to reduce manual handling and accelerate order fulfillment. DGSOFT acted as the implementation partner for the Soft1 Cloud ERP project, centralizing functionality within the DGSoft Soft1 SCM application rather than integrating multiple external SCM platforms. Operational coverage focused on warehouse and production floor systems, with the system serving inventory, production and sales-order processing functions inside Eurocatering's Greek sites. Governance changes emphasized lot and expiry tracking workflows and tighter inventory control procedures to enforce first expiry first out handling and batch-level traceability. According to the Soft1 case study, the DGSoft Soft1 SCM implementation improved real-time lot and expiry tracking, reduced inventory losses and sped up sales-order processing using Soft1 SCM capabilities.
