CDW Corporation Professional Services 15100 $21.4B United States Kronologic Kronologic Online Meeting Scheduling 2017 n/a In 2017, CDW Corporation implemented Kronologic as an Online Meeting Scheduling solution. The deployment focused on automating meeting orchestration for sales, account management, and other client facing teams to standardize booking windows and cadence for outbound and inbound outreach. Kronologic was configured as a scheduling engine with modules for calendar coordination, candidate time selection, automated invitation and rescheduling workflows, and cadence based meeting sequencing. Configuration work addressed scheduling rules, booking windows, time zone normalization, and notification templates to align scheduling behavior with enterprise sales processes. Integration architecture used API based calendar synchronization and event orchestration to connect Kronologic with CDW operational systems for lead routing and meeting confirmations without specifying vendor names. Operational coverage centered on inside sales, account managers, and client success functions, where the Online Meeting Scheduling application managed both prospect and customer booking workflows. Governance established centralized administrator controls, configurable scheduling policies, and role based access to enforce booking standards, with an initial pilot deployed to a subset of revenue teams and staged expansion to additional teams. Rollout activities included process refinement for scheduling handoffs and codifying standard operating procedures for automated rescheduling and meeting cadence management.
