The deployment targeted a 6000-employee workforce in the air medical transportation company, centralizing training delivery, certification tracking, and compliance reporting across clinical, flight operations, and corporate functions. Ziiva Prosperity Learning Management Systems was configured to manage course cataloging, assignment and completion tracking, competency mapping, and compliance reporting. The implementation leveraged role-based user provisioning and automated scheduling to align recurrent certifications for clinical crews, pilots, dispatch personnel, and administrative staff, and to support instructor-led and eLearning modalities common in Learning and Development environments. The system was explicitly used to support worker case workflows, embedding training and scripted workflow steps for case managers to call injured employees for updates on their health and to walk them through the Workers Compensation Board process. This configuration tied learning activities directly to HR and safety case management practices, positioning the LMS as an operational tool for post-incident follow up and regulatory guidance. Governance was organized under HR and safety leadership, with centralized learning administrators responsible for content control, compliance calendars, and reporting to operational managers. Rollout followed a phased approach across operational units to align certification schedules and minimize disruption to mission critical services.
