Moss & Associates Construction and Real Estate 651 $729M United States Intelex Technologies Intelex EHS Training Management Learning and Development 2016 n/a In 2016 Moss & Associates began a partnership with Intelex Technologies to deploy Intelex EHS Training Management, initiating a United States focused EHSQ program that later expanded to include formal training management. The deployment used Intelex EHS Training Management in the Learning and Development category and staged the Training Management module for rollout in 2018 as an add-on to the broader EHSQ footprint. The implementation centralized safety, claims and training processes, with configuration focused on structured training assignment, training records management, competency tracking, and compliance reporting. Intelex EHS Training Management was configured to formalize course management workflows and automate training status visibility for safety and operations leaders. Operational coverage was concentrated across Moss & Associates United States operations, aligning field safety crews, EHS staff, and claims handlers under a unified training record set. The project linked training workflows to incident and claims processes to shorten administrative handoffs and improve the fidelity of safety records. Governance changes included centralized training governance and standardized training and claims submission workflows as part of the 2018 rollout. The 2018 addition of Training Management produced measurable outcomes reported by the customer, including a 25 percent reduction in injury frequency, large decreases in injury related costs, and faster claims submission times.
