Functional workstreams focused on reservations orchestration, inventory synchronization, and call center booking fulfillment, aligning system configuration with enterprise distribution rules and loyalty linking requirements. Integrations were executed to enable full integration into Wyndham's loyalty and distribution ecosystem, ensuring reservations and distribution flows connected to Wyndham enterprise channels and call center operations. Operational scope covered more than 900 La Quinta hotels and the brand level central reservations function, consolidating booking and distribution control under Sabre SynXis CSR. Governance and rollout followed a same day large scale cutover model completed in early 2019, with phased operational handoffs to central reservations and property teams. Sabre and La Quinta communications credited the migration with improving distribution stability and the Sabre/PR materials explicitly reference SynXis CRS usage as part of the Wyndham integration.
