Oracle Fusion Analytics has delivered stakeholder visibility into inventory, production floor, and back office operations, and it has enabled the company to identify production problem areas, optimize labor across sites, direct spending based on real time insights, and support procurement teams in negotiating with suppliers, while also driving a broader shift toward data driven decision making.
