Culina Group United Kingdom Transportation 22000 $2.8B United Kingdom Digital Applications International Limited Matflo WMS Warehouse Management 2020 n/a In 2020 Culina Group United Kingdom deployed Matflo WMS from Digital Applications International Limited as its Warehouse Management solution across a multi-site chilled distribution estate in the UK and Ireland. The implementation was intended to deliver a consistent and standardised WMS footprint that could be rapidly replicated as new sites were acquired, supporting both operational and commercial 3PL requirements. The deployed Matflo suite included Shared User Matflo WMS for fully RF-instructed warehouse operations, Matflo TMS to provide network-wide multi-leg transport planning and driver management, Matflo 360° to deliver centralised inventory and supply chain execution visibility, and Matflo Integrator to centralise customer integrations. Matflo WMS provided the operational control layer for chilled distribution centre workflows, and Matflo 360° consolidated inventory data for cross-site orchestration and reporting. Matflo Integrator served as a centralised integration service, harmonising connections into around 150 different end customer IT landscapes and enabling rapid customer on-boarding. The Matflo TMS component was used to coordinate planning, scheduling and delivery flows across the network, while Matflo 360° integrated with each site WMS to present global inventory and execution status. Governance and rollout focused on standardisation and speed of deployment, with a documented approach that allowed Culina to provision Matflo into a new site within a two week period. Ongoing operational support and incident management were consolidated through a single coordinated 24x7 support channel provided by Digital Applications International Limited, reinforcing consistent operational practices across sites. The Matflo WMS implementation was rolled out across Culina chilled distribution centres, providing unified Warehouse Management and integrated transport and inventory visibility. The integrated Matflo suite enabled Culina to assess performance through centralised reporting and to make coordinated operational decisions to support efficiency and the end customer experience.
