I-MED Radiology Network Healthcare 4000 $660M Australia Skillsoft Skillport Learning Management System (LMS) Learning and Development 2017 n/a In 2017 I-MED Radiology Network implemented the Skillport Learning Management System (LMS) to centralize onboarding and ongoing staff learning at its Sydney NSW site. The deployment aligned with Learning and Development objectives and focused on administrative onboarding workflows and structured employee training paths across clinical and corporate staff groups. The implementation configured the Skillport Learning Management System LMS for core LMS functions including user administration, course assignment, onboarding workflows, and periodic compliance reporting. Operational tasks documented during the rollout included organizing LMS content, managing enrolments, responding to employee queries, and running monthly and quarterly reports from the LMS to track completion and engagement. Integrations and downstream operational links were explicit, offers and employment communications were sent through HRonBoard, and HR liaised with managers to produce employment contracts and reference checks as part of the hire to learn process. I-MED also coordinated with Bupa to embed a 12 month Employee Wellness program that included an eight week pedometer challenge, online training modules delivered through the LMS, and scheduled corporate seminars. Governance and process changes focused on formalizing HR and L&D handoffs, establishing regular LMS reporting cadences, and creating a single point of contact for employee queries and LMS administration. The engagement ran through July 2016 to February 2017 and emphasized tight operational controls around onboarding, learning administration, and external vendor coordination within the Learning and Development function.
