Operational coverage included the finance control function, procurement teams, and warehouse operations within ACB, with central administration and ongoing support responsibilities assigned to the internal Oracle Fusion Cloud support group. Governance and rollout followed the documented ERP project plan, with Finance Control participating in validation, process definition, and cutover sequencing for the new company activation in the system. Post go live activities focused on stabilizing inventory transaction flows, maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, and supporting cross functional reconciliation between inventory, procurement, and financial accounting. | |
