Governance and change management was led internally, with an explicit objective to reduce manual HR tasks, improve workflows and consolidate HR data within a single platform. The stated outcomes include streamlined HR processes, improved employee experience, and enhanced ability to perform data driven HR and organizational operations, while the Bank continues to roll out Oracle Learning Cloud as a core Learning and Development capability across its workforce.
