Bank of Thailand | Banking and Financial Services | 4000 | $1.2B | Thailand | Oracle | Oracle Learning Cloud | Learning and Development | 2022 | n/a | In 2022, Bank of Thailand implemented Oracle Learning Cloud as a component of its broader Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management deployment to build a digital workforce and standardize HR operations. The implementation is framed as an employee centric initiative to support hybrid work models and to consolidate HR data onto a single cloud platform for consistent employee experience across the central bank. Oracle Learning Cloud was configured alongside Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Human Resources, Oracle Talent Management, Oracle Compensation, Oracle Workforce Management, Oracle Data Masking and Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite. Configuration emphasis centered on learning catalog management, role and competency aligned learning paths, assignment and completion workflows, and analytics-ready learning records to support talent development and workforce planning aligned to Learning and Development objectives. The deployment leveraged the Oracle Cloud common data platform to integrate learning records with core HR, talent and workforce modules, and to feed Fusion HCM Analytics for data driven HR decision making. Operational coverage focused on the Bank of Thailand HR organization and employee population, positioning Oracle Learning Cloud and the Oracle ME employee experience layer to centralize learning access and engagement as part of a unified Human Capital Management architecture. Governance and change management was led internally, with an explicit objective to reduce manual HR tasks, improve workflows and consolidate HR data within a single platform. The stated outcomes include streamlined HR processes, improved employee experience, and enhanced ability to perform data driven HR and organizational operations, while the Bank continues to roll out Oracle Learning Cloud as a core Learning and Development capability across its workforce. | |
