Integrations implemented for APAC operational coverage included Chinese customs and shipping methods, Hong Kong pickup workflows, WeChat integration, and the integration of eight different payment methods. Key integrations from the prior environment were refactored as plugins to ensure consistent session, order, and customer service flows across the Taiwan, Korea, China, and US sites. These integration efforts supported payment operations, order fulfillment, and localized customer engagement capabilities.
Governance followed a phased rollout approach led by AAXIS Digital, including solution assessment, roadmap creation, and implementation oversight to enable launches per market.
