Actualize Consulting served as the implementation partner, and governance was established by engaging early with internal accounting, tax and legal teams, sequencing workflows, defining clear project roles and responsibilities, and following a roadmap with firm deadlines to standardize processes across entities. Explicit outcomes recorded during and after the rollout include unlocked group liquidity via Cooke Bank, cost savings from reduced external money flows and bank fees, payment process efficiency and economies of scale from a centralized payment factory, Cooke Bank becoming the preferred banking partner for affiliates, and the shared service center reallocating capacity with a reported 20 percent of full-time equivalent effort unlocked for higher value work. | |
