In 2024 Carrefour Romania deployed ZKBio Time as a Time and Attendance solution across its retail network. Advance S.R.L implemented ZKBio Time together with ZPad Plus devices to centralize time capture and attendance tracking for approximately 17,000 employees, standardizing data collection and enabling enterprise reporting for HR and payroll functions.
ZKBio Time was configured to deliver core Time and Attendance capabilities, including terminal time capture, shift and attendance record management, and HR reporting workflows. The implementation consolidated device logs from ZPad Plus terminals into a centralized application layer to support routine attendance processing and HR reporting.
Advance S.R.L and ZKBio Time created middle tables for MS SQL integration to feed Carrefour Romania's HR and payroll systems, enabling downstream payroll workflows and HR reports. The deployment architecture routed store level device logs into MS SQL middle tables, creating a single data pipeline from terminals to corporate HR systems.
The project covered Carrefour Romania's retail network and centralized time and attendance for HR and payroll business functions. Advance S.R.L acted as the system integrator for the rollout and the implementation reduced operational costs as reported by the vendor, while providing standardized attendance reporting across the retail footprint.
